I ordered a gaming console as a gift on May 8th. As of May 18th, I have received no shipping updates, no response from customer support, and no console. The refurbished model I ordered went out of stock immediately after my order, suggesting they likely don’t have it and are waiting for me to request a refund. I advise against purchasing from them.
