I asked for repair on a constantly beeping recline bike FOUR months ago. A repairman came out several times and said he cannot fix this. He replaced speakers, motherboard, etc. And I have sent several emails requesting for resolution or repair. I have received no reply other than, be patient and we will get back to you after we talk to HQ.Here is their reply: "Jul 2, 2025, Hello (name redacted), We are very sorry that your experience was not what you had expected. Our Team would like to get back to you to better understand.Thank you."Well then, please "DO" get in touch with me instead of "would like to get back to you" and take responsibility for your defective product. PR is not helping. Your company had not made any reply as of 7/14/2025. Downgrading review from 2 to 1 now.
