Disappointing Quality and Costly Repairs

The machine performs adequately while functioning, comparable to another brand I’ve owned. However, repairs are exorbitantly priced when issues arise, and self-repair is quite challenging. A broken screw under the seat was quoted at $630 to fix, which is nearly 60% of a new model. I plan to donate it to a place that can handle the repairs. It looks nice, but take a picture and opt for a different brand.

The quality, along with the attentive and efficient service provided by the staff, including the technicians who worked late, is commendable. The company has not addressed the faults in their new equipment at our gym. Their only suggestion was to reboot the machines, which was ineffective. After several months, they still haven't resolved the problems.

I encountered several issues with a high-priced piece of equipment after minimal use. Components began to fall off, customer support has been unresponsive, and the equipment lacks essential parts for various training sessions. While it appears attractive, the design is quite poor ergonomically.

I made a payment for parts that I’ve been waiting for two months. If my payment isn’t enough to ensure they’re dispatched, I expect a refund. This has been an incredibly frustrating process. Why would anyone purchase from this company if this is the ordeal to get replacement parts?

I still recommend their equipment but hope they improve their post-sale support.
