The product is a waste !!! We used this product on our backyard patio, front stoop and walkway. All of the pavers have lost their color and consistency. They now represent nothing more than cinderblock. Called Customer Support, two separate people came out both were useless. Still awaiting BBB assistance. They of course have communicated with them and are still awaiting a response. Don't waste your time...
It is nice , all the new pavers , smooth finish , but when we buy them and have to retiurn 20% back because of the chipped blocks , or install and glue them , 1/2 hour later you see a hair line crack , Custimer make you change them , it’s a big lost to all contractors , there is got to be a better way to pack them

most of your products are good ,and pick ups are no problem at most times ,stock has been an issue at times. but we have a customer that has a problem with her stone which she had installed 2 years ago, and nothing has been done to look after the problem,she has been very patient. but this needs to be addressed.
Our borealis arrived with unacceptable efflo stains. We had to order more which also had stains. Our crew had to acid wash the slabs after installation and sort/repackage returns. How am I I supposed to bid for that? Answer - I’m not. I just lose profit.
