While the process was reasonably quick, I was disappointed that they could not repair or replace my daughter's tablet, which was only two months old. They offered £120 less than the cost of a new one, and with the £100 excess fee, I ended up paying an additional £220 out of my own pocket. This time, I opted for insurance that provides better protection and lower excess fees. My daughter, who is autistic and non-verbal, relies on a tablet for communication. However, due to her behavior when regulating or stimming, we take out insurance for these situations. Unfortunately, the service did not meet our expectations and failed to consider my daughter's needs when deciding on the payout, even after we appealed. Overall, I am quite disappointed with the service.
