The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the transport service fell short. Their performance was subpar, not very friendly, and they seemed rushed. When one of them realized they had to carry it upstairs to my flat, his expression said it all. They had been warned multiple times before their arrival, which left a sour impression. However, the sofa itself is fantastic and of excellent quality.
