The only reason this review isn't 5 stars is due to the transport service that fell short. Their approach was lacking in friendliness and they seemed rushed. One of the team members visibly reacted negatively when informed they needed to carry the item upstairs, which was disappointing given the prior warnings about this. Despite this, the sofa itself is exceptional and of fantastic quality.
