I ordered two items from the service, and both were incorrect. I requested a men's coffee-colored coat but received a women's brown velvet lightweight coat that seemed like it was from a discount store. The second item, a hoodie, was too small, and the embroidery looked nothing like the description; it appeared to be an iron-on patch instead. I'm very disappointed. Additionally, I have emailed the support team six times without any response, which feels highly unprofessional.
