Review Time
The only thing I think should be improved on is the way the body suits were categorized. I thought I had seen them all, but after I ordered, I ended up finding one I would have liked to purchase!! It HAUNTS me that I may have impulse purchased one I won't wear as much as the one I didn't see until later...
Received my order and the description on one of the dresses I purchased was misleading and incorrect. Description stated it was suede however it was polyester. The sizing on both dresses were smaller than advertised. Spent a month and a half trying to return the items, all done thru email as no phone number to express the issues. I was given an address to return the dresses to and had to pay the shipping back to them. The address was undeliverable so the items were returned to me. Contacted them again and have they have now stated I don’t provide enough information. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
I would highly recommend that no one buy from this company. Not only is it not authenticate, but the prices and they have 0 policy for returns. So, you are stuck with that item / merchandise. Different color and the fabric as describe. This is the worse business I've ever done with. Be AWARE of SCAM
I haven’t received my product as of yet however I paid for fast shipping so I’m hoping that o get my items as promised in the website. The website was easy to navigate, ans there are so many adorable pieces I want to order that looks good. I’m just testing out my first product first to see if it comes in time and looks as it do on the website.
I ordered two items from the service, and both were incorrect. I requested a men's coffee-colored coat but received a women's brown velvet lightweight coat that seemed like it was from a discount store. The second item, a hoodie, was too small, and the embroidery looked nothing like the description; it appeared to be an iron-on patch instead. I'm very disappointed. Additionally, I have emailed the support team six times without any response, which feels highly unprofessional.
I really appreciate the user-friendly platform; this is my first time making a purchase after discovering it online. If the quality of the items I bought matches their appearance, I will definitely be a regular customer. Completely Disappointed with the Service! The item I received did not match the pictures at all. I tried several times to cancel my order before it was shipped, but there was no response from the support team, and they sent it anyway! The quality is hardly worth even $5. It's clearly a low-quality product shipped from overseas.
