I ordered some slippers for men, but they didn't fit at all. I've never had issues ordering shoes online, but these were incredibly small and unwearable. Additionally, they seemed to have been previously worn, which is unacceptable for a product that can't be washed. The box was also damaged upon arrival. After raising a complaint, I had to pay to return them. When I went to drop them off, the QR code provided didn't work, forcing me to contact customer service for a new one and make another trip. In total, I ended up paying for shipping twice and wasted hours of my time, receiving only an automated apology. It's clear why this company is struggling.
