If I could give no stars, I would. This company shows a clear disregard for customer satisfaction. I ordered a black crossbody directly from the website, which featured embossed writing and a striped strap. However, the bag I received was nothing like what I ordered. Instead of the embossed detail, the purse had a silver logo that read the company name, and it even came with a receipt from a different retailer. I had ordered directly from their site. When I contacted their chat support, the agent insisted that I had received the correct item, claiming it might just 'look different in certain lighting,' and stated that a replacement was not possible as there was no guarantee I'd receive the right one. Another agent confirmed the same information. They seem to manipulate their customers' perceptions. It’s clear they are aware of their mistake but have made no effort to rectify the situation. I will NEVER shop with this untrustworthy seller again.

Additionally, they seemed to have been previously worn, which is unacceptable for a product that can't be washed. The box was also damaged upon arrival. In total, I ended up paying for shipping twice and wasted hours of my time, receiving only an automated apology. It's clear why this company is struggling.

I returned an unwanted Christmas gift that was delivered to the company’s depot on December 30th. After waiting patiently for my refund, I had to follow up on January 10th, only to find out that there was no confirmation of my return. This level of service is shocking; without my inquiry, I doubt I would have received my refund at all. Overall, a very unsatisfactory experience.
I had a very disappointing experience with the returns process. I returned items using the official drop-off method as instructed, and the locker only opened after scanning the QR code. Once I placed my parcel inside, I couldn’t access it again. I even provided a photo as proof. Yet, the company and the courier claim there is no record of my return and refuse to issue a refund. This is unreasonable, as I followed the return procedure correctly. Now, I’m left with no refund and have been told to contact my bank for assistance, effectively passing the issue onto me. I am out of pocket and have received no support.
I received a faulty product and was charged 10 EUR for shipping, which felt excessive for a small item. When I wanted to return it, I was hit with another shipping fee of 10 EUR. In total, I paid 20 EUR for shipping on a faulty item and have yet to receive a refund. This situation seems unfair, and I shouldn't have to keep reaching out to customer support for resolution.
