If I had the option, I would rate this company with no stars. They show a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. I ordered a black crossbody directly from their website, expecting it to have embossed writing and a striped strap. Instead, I received a purse that looked completely different, with a silver logo and a receipt from another retailer. When I reached out for help, the agent insisted I got the right item, even suggesting it might just look different in certain lighting. They refused to send a replacement, saying there was no guarantee I'd receive the correct one. This company manipulates its customers and acknowledges their mistakes without taking action to resolve them. I will NEVER shop with them again.
