The shoes I ordered were bit damaged. There were scratches on the upper surface. But more than that, the return policy is pathetic and so frustrating. The nearest Ted Baker store was like 5 miles away so I had to return it via Evri drop parcel which is like a mile away and also had to pay 3£ for that. I mean how pathetic and inconvenient is this? Never ever going to order online from Ted Baker for sure.
