Instead, customers were misled into believing timely delivery was guaranteed. This purchase was meant as a Christmas gift, and due to your false shipping claims, it won’t arrive on time. This is not just a minor delay — it completely undermines the purpose of the order. I expect an immediate explanation for why your advertised shipping timeline was not upheld and what actions you will take to rectify this. If this order does not arrive before Christmas, I will be seeking a refund or appropriate compensation without delay.
