I ordered a set for a friend in early December. Immediately after placing the order, I discovered it was shipping from overseas, which was not indicated on the website. The tracking information was generated but remained stagnant until the package finally arrived in the U.S. over a month later. The box was severely damaged upon arrival, likely due to the flimsy packaging. The product itself appears cheap, and I doubt the teddy bear is even close to the size advertised. My friend will assemble it, so we’ll see if it’s worth anything, but even if it turns out okay, I cannot recommend this. I understand why others have not received their orders.
COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED. This service is untrustworthy. I placed my order in November 2025, expecting shipping within 10-12 days. Now it's January 11, 2026, and there’s still no package or refund. The team finally mentioned a refund after realizing my order was never shipped. I requested the refund, but now they are ignoring me, claiming my order is supposedly on its way. This is utterly frustrating, and I demand my refund. BEWARE, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND PROVIDE NOTHING BUT EMPTY PROMISES. NEVER AGAIN! (I have all the screenshots to back this up).

Fraudulent practices... They give misleading tracking details that only indicate a label was made, while the product never actually ships. When contacting the support team, they initially reply but repeatedly claim that your package is on its way. Eventually, they cease all communication.

To this day, all three shipments have been stuck in transit for 11 days with no updates or movement. The only tracking status available for all orders is: “Hangzhou General Warehouse – Operation Center, Electronic notification of order creation received”

I reached out to the company directly and only received a generic response advising me to wait. I was assured delivery by Christmas, which did not happen. After further research, I found many similar reviews on a review platform detailing the same issue—stagnant tracking numbers and undelivered orders, even months later. My experience aligns with those complaints. Given the lack of shipping progress, broken delivery promises, and numerous customer grievances, I no longer trust that these items will arrive. I am now seeking a full refund for all three orders with my bank. I would not recommend making purchases from this company.

Instead, customers were misled into believing timely delivery was guaranteed. This purchase was meant as a Christmas gift, and due to your false shipping claims, it won’t arrive on time. This is not just a minor delay — it completely undermines the purpose of the order. I expect an immediate explanation for why your advertised shipping timeline was not upheld and what actions you will take to rectify this. If this order does not arrive before Christmas, I will be seeking a refund or appropriate compensation without delay. If I do not receive a prompt and satisfactory response, I will dispute the charge and share my experience publicly to inform other customers about your misleading shipping practices. I haven't received my order and have not received any tracking details for a long time. I reached out via email to request either tracking or a refund. Although I was informed that the package was expedited, the status still indicates "waiting for the carrier to pick up" without any credible tracking updates. I ultimately asked for a refund. Deceptive Practices - It has been a month, and my items are still waiting to be processed. I was promised delivery within 5-15 days, with a guarantee on their website that they would arrive before Christmas. Now, with just 5 days left until Christmas, they haven't even been shipped.
