I placed three online orders on December 12. All were marked as shipped the next day, each with its own tracking number. To this day, all three shipments have been stuck in transit for 11 days with no updates or movement. The only tracking status available for all orders is: “Hangzhou General Warehouse – Operation Center, Electronic notification of order creation received”
12/13 at 10:39 There have been no updates since, leading me to believe the items were never actually shipped. I reached out to the company directly and only received a generic response advising me to wait. I was assured delivery by Christmas, which did not happen. After further research, I found many similar reviews on a review platform detailing the same issue—stagnant tracking numbers and undelivered orders, even months later. My experience aligns with those complaints. Given the lack of shipping progress, broken delivery promises, and numerous customer grievances, I no longer trust that these items will arrive. I am now seeking a full refund for all three orders with my bank. I would not recommend making purchases from this company.
