If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. There has been no communication whatsoever. I've sent multiple emails regarding my missing order with no replies. I finally received a notification stating it had been dispatched, but that turned out to be false. They only marked the small personalized charge as dispatched, not the actual items. Apparently, they are still waiting to ship. Please avoid this company. During a really tough time, I am now £100 in the loss.
