If I could rate this lower, I would. The communication is terrible, with no responses to my many emails regarding my missing order. I eventually received an update indicating that my item was posted, but that turned out to be false. They marked the small personalization fee for each teddy as dispatched, but not the actual teddies themselves. It seems they are still waiting to be sent. I strongly advise against using this service. During a very difficult time for me, I am now £100 down.
This was my second order, and I was absolutely delighted with the first. I got two angel bears for my nephews as we lost our grandfather, their great-grandfather, in August, and we all miss him dearly. It’s a lovely gift for them to cherish and remember such a wonderful man. Thank you so much!

Apparently, they are still waiting to ship. Please avoid this company. During a really tough time, I am now £100 in the loss.
I placed an order in mid-October but haven’t received any responses to my emails sent to their website or social media. According to their chat function, my order hasn't even been processed. I just want to know if my item will be made or refunded since the occasion for which it was ordered has already passed.
I discovered this service on social media and was a bit hesitant, but I decided to give it a try. One week later, my teddy arrived, and I couldn't be happier with it. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a keepsake without the risk of getting scammed; you won't be disappointed.

These personalized teddies are incredible! The quality is great, and they are very cute! Exactly what we were looking for, and the representative was extremely helpful and communicative before we placed our order. I love that some of the proceeds support charity as well.
