I ordered 3 sweaters from the RSPB Shop which is hosted / run by Teemill. I have been waiting 5 weeks for my order which appears to be lost. I have tried contacting Teemill through the RSPB website, then directly through their customer support and other than it’s stuck at shipping, there has been no change. The responses are slow and frustrating as there is no action on their side. No phone number is provided which is always a red flag.
I regret not reviewing trust pilot before purchasing. I had assumed as it was a charity they were trustworthy. I would not recommend and am very disappointed overall.
