Absolutely no communication and a broken website! I attempted to place an order over a week ago...the money was taken from my account TWICE with the order failing both times + error message. I placed the order again the next day successfully using a different method. This time the order was placed successfully and I received the order. I tried to contact Teemill to request a refund for the duplicate payments and received no reply. Today (10am)I received TWO emails confirming the orders and then another TWO emails half an hour later saying the order had been dispatched, leaving me no time to cancel. I then received BOTH orders 2 hours later at my door. No chance to cancel and a huge delay in confirming the order which I was told had FAILED on the website a week ago, I now have paid out almost £90 on t-shirts which I have to return, a huge inconvenience to me! Contacted Teemill again, no reply!
UPDATE: I received a phone call from Teemill who have arranged a refund, however I paid x 3 for delivery and have only received refund x 1 for delivery charges, can you contact me again please or add another 12.50 to the refund.
