I subscribed to this service for a little over a month. During that month, my son didn't receive any therapy sessions as we'd intended (a combination of him navigating the platform and us moving) so I emailed them requesting a credit of those four weeks so that we could get started in the next month. One week later, I still hadn't received a response but was instead charged again (they charge me weekly). So, I canceled my membership.It's unfortunate because I'd heard good things about this service and was looking forward to getting started correctly in the following month. Their therapists seem to be great but their customer service and billing practices are suspect.
