I wanted to send parcel to Sri Lanka. I have used there office in Croyden or Wembly and they were great. They keep me posted at each stage, Before opening parcel and when re-packing they come on a whatsapp video call.
This time i tried there Hayes Office and it was a disaster where items were missing and unable to give tracking information as the person who handled it was on holiday in India. There service was efficient to the point of receiving the payment. They sent me an inventory of the items, which had omitted many items.
However, i spoke to Coventry office and he was able to track the package and resolve an issue on the Money transfer service within 10 minutes.
Then I spoke to their manager to report the lost item. Obviously, they had not followed the process as did Croyden/Wembley. The complete discussion was on whatsapp, which the manager has access to. I had a 45 minute call with him and then he wanted me to send a further email and he also said that he has a solution. I was happy and asked him what it was. He said he will watch the CCTV and come back to me. This was a time buying ploy, because when he knew the issue, he should have watched the CCTV before talking to me
I wanted to speak to his Manager (Owner) and he promised to send me the contact details of owner. Even after 2 reminders, he did not send. But said that the Owner was overseas and should return soon and he will get the Owner to call me. Now 7 weeks have passed and there's absolutely no response.
If this is the treatment for past customer, you can imagine the plight for new customers.
