I wanted to send parcel to Sri Lanka. I have used there office in Croyden or Wembly and they were great. They keep me posted at each stage, Before opening parcel and when re-packing they come on a whatsapp video call.

This time i tried there Hayes Office and it was a disaster where items were missing and unable to give tracking information as the person who handled it was on holiday in India. There service was efficient to the point of receiving the payment. They sent me an inventory of the items, which had omitted many items.

However, i spoke to Coventry office and he was able to track the package and resolve an issue on the Money transfer service within 10 minutes.

Then I spoke to their manager to report the lost item. Obviously, they had not followed the process as did Croyden/Wembley. The complete discussion was on whatsapp, which the manager has access to. I had a 45 minute call with him and then he wanted me to send a further email and he also said that he has a solution. I was happy and asked him what it was. He said he will watch the CCTV and come back to me. This was a time buying ploy, because when he knew the issue, he should have watched the CCTV before talking to me

I wanted to speak to his Manager (Owner) and he promised to send me the contact details of owner. Even after 2 reminders, he did not send. But said that the Owner was overseas and should return soon and he will get the Owner to call me. Now 7 weeks have passed and there's absolutely no response.

If this is the treatment for past customer, you can imagine the plight for new customers.

Be very very careful.

Not trust worthy

I’ve sent parcel through Teeparam Wembley branch. It’s nearly 15 days still haven’t received. There is no contact number details in Colombo. I asked from member of Wembley branch they said that they even know. Disappointed still waiting for the updates.

Worst Experience

Been with them more than a year. Was good until last month. They introduced new online booking lots of bugs to fix. Yeah it’s choice also future of the world but needs to consider who we are serving. Not suggest anyone anymore.

Very poor communication they will communicate until we do the transfer. How ever they dont confirm the receipt of payment from us and the delivery of the payment.Payment made 2 days back now they say they can't see the my profile Very frustrating

Avoid

Avoid , they are so unprofessional and have no customer service at all . I sent a package almost a month ago and the package hasn’t still reached India . I’ve been chasing them for 15 days now for a tracking id but the just keep dogging the calls and messages. There is absolutely no response from them. It’s a scam , they have no clue of what they’re doing .

Today is my daughter's birthday

Today is my daughter's birthday, I sent parcel from London to India, but these people have taken more than 1 kg item out of my parcel which included my daughter's birthday gifts such as Barbie doll, Cadbury chocolates and many other things . I am very much disappointed because of this kind of service. I suggest not to believe such a fraud agency and send parcel to your loved ones . That they have opened the Cadbury chocolates and they were very dare to keep the empty box of the chocolate again inside the parcel box , stolen all my kids birthday gifts also .

Bad customer service

My recent package arrived tampered with, and upon opening it, I discovered that several items were missing. The contents of the package were clearly visible from the outside, which raises concerns about the overall security of their handling practices. I filed a complaint, but the company has not offered any compensation for the stolen items."
