Three of the bookings were unavailable, and it was unclear why the tee times were still listed online. After receiving a voucher, I drove to the course only to find it closed, which was incredibly frustrating and wasted my time. I had no opportunity to make alternative plans for the day. I reached out four times regarding a refund, but received no response. I eventually got a refund for two of the bookings, but it took a lot of effort to resolve. Writing this negative review is not something I enjoy.
