Quality concerns and lack of resolution

I've purchased two frying pans recently, both of which have experienced peeling and wear despite normal use. The company acknowledged the issue but refused to replace them without receipts. The only offer was a discount on another pan, which doesn't inspire confidence after two failures. It's disappointing, especially from a brand I once trusted.
