The bread maker has a significant flaw in the recipe book—specifically, the Pizza Dough quantities are incorrect, which results in unusable dough. The manufacturer continues to distribute these bread makers with the inaccurate recipe. There may be additional errors that we have yet to find. I reached out to request a revised recipe book and confirmation that the company acknowledges the mistake, but there has been no response. Additionally, all recipes contain higher levels of salt and sugar compared to other brands.
