I purchased an air fryer in November 2024 and one of the drawers broke a month ago and I am still waiting for a replacement. They sent a drawer but it was the wrong colour and the wrong size for the air fryer I have. 4 weeks after reporting the issue, I am still waiting for a suitable replacement. I have an air fryer that's less than a year old that is not fit for purpose. Customer service is slow to respond and tone of their emails can seem quite blunt.
