Complete Waste of Time and Money - Do Not RecommendAs a professional who has worked in the service business my entire life, I can say with confidence that the way Teledirect handled my account was completely unacceptable. This is a company that does not prioritize customer communication and seems perfectly willing to let you fail and then blame you for it.We signed up for their service with the explicit goal of testing it over a 30-day window. Despite confirming this numerous times, Teledirec's service used up all of our minutes—a total of $1700 USD—in just a single day. The minutes were distributed across a number of their callers, which was not the intended use case we had discussed.When I raised this serious issue with them, their response was to simply tell me I should have "read the terms and conditions." This is a profoundly disappointing way to deal with a client, especially after a clear miscommunication on their end. It shows a fundamental lack of respect for the customer and an unwillingness to take responsibility for providing a service that was not explained correctly.I rarely, if ever, write negative reviews, but this experience deserved one. I would strongly advise anyone considering Teledirec to look elsewhere.
