We've used Teledirect for a couple different businesses. They do good work. Like any business relationship, sometimes there are glitches to work out. The manager assigned to my accounts, Claudia Jasso, provides personalized service and accountability that is truly above and beyond, always helping me to address concerns or new workflows with rapid email communication / troubleshooting and quick turnaround in implementation. I feel grateful to have her on my side.

Complete Waste of Time and Money

Complete Waste of Time and Money - Do Not RecommendAs a professional who has worked in the service business my entire life, I can say with confidence that the way Teledirect handled my account was completely unacceptable. This is a company that does not prioritize customer communication and seems perfectly willing to let you fail and then blame you for it.We signed up for their service with the explicit goal of testing it over a 30-day window. Despite confirming this numerous times, Teledirec's service used up all of our minutes—a total of $1700 USD—in just a single day. The minutes were distributed across a number of their callers, which was not the intended use case we had discussed.When I raised this serious issue with them, their response was to simply tell me I should have "read the terms and conditions." This is a profoundly disappointing way to deal with a client, especially after a clear miscommunication on their end. It shows a fundamental lack of respect for the customer and an unwillingness to take responsibility for providing a service that was not explained correctly.I rarely, if ever, write negative reviews, but this experience deserved one. I would strongly advise anyone considering Teledirec to look elsewhere.

Long-time satisfactory relationship

We have been dealing with this company for years! Our portfolio is very complicated with numerous properties and different contacts and parameters for each. In spite of the complications, service has been really good. Representatives are adept at screening calls, following the correct protocol, and determining what is really an emergency. The only hiccup recently is that sometimes an open ticket gets seen by another rep literally while I'm on the phone with the first rep, requiring duplication of calls. This is particularly annoying in the middle of the night.

Thank you Teledirect for the outstanding service. Our practice has been using this call center to handle incoming phone calls for the past 2 years and could not be happier with them. The team does an outstanding job handling incoming calls, screening callers and taking messages, which permits our minimal staff to devote so much more time to taking care of our patients. The team is always very responsive and reliable. We can't recommend them highly enough.

Simple...too simple

Simple... too simple. This is not a fake review, my company is a customer not me personally. Often the operators fail to get all necessary information, i.e. address, email. Also when taking reservation they take guest info, but it doesn't include relationship to registered guest, which in my business is important. Once they begin taking waitlist reservations, I am lucky to get a phone number and don't register any intended guests. That means I have no idea how many people are on the waitlist and if I have one open spot, I call and they have 3 guests. I find that the user interface while simple to use, doesn't capture or show necessary info and also that there is no way to track confirmations and/or changes without having to open the reservation and typing it in. I have used other services that allowed me to do all that from the main screen.
