I recommend steering clear of this service. I attempted to order flowers for a funeral, but when I tried to order an arrangement, it indicated it wasn't available in my area. I chose a different arrangement, which was confirmed via email. However, I later found out my order was cancelled hours after I placed it, just before the viewing. They stated I’d receive a refund in 2 to 10 business days, which I consider misleading. I will be contacting my bank to reverse the charges. Their service is unacceptable.
