This company’s services are automatically shown on the online obituary via Dignity Memorial. Teleflora offers sympathy flower delivery and other appropriate sympathy gifts that are immediately processed online. I chose the option to have ten trees donated in my loved one’s honor (which is explained in detail to the buyer.) However, they do not inform the immediate family of the deceased that this gift has been sent. They claimed that I would receive a digital certificate which never arrived.i asked to cancel my order and get a refund. They denied my request. What is the point of trying to honor someone I loved very much, if it is not providing comfort to her family? The customer service team failed to reconcile the situation. It makes me question whether these so called trees exist at all. It’s been over a week since the funeral. I will never use this company again.

Absolutely terrible and traumatic experience ordering a funeral casket spray from this company. I ordered with plenty of time with the flower arrangement to arrive on a Sunday and paid extra. I ordered this arrangement on a Wednesday so that is plenty of time to figure this out and get it delivered on time. Sunday comes and goes with no delivery but a false delivery confirmation email saying it was hand delivered at 6:48 pm with no photo, no signature and no timestamp. It was NEVER delivered. Clearly the company dropped the ball on one of the most important occasions to have flowers in your life. I had to beg a local florist to throw something together within an hour due to this experience. I will never ever use Teleflora again and I will make sure none of the people I know do as well.

I ordered an expensive floral arrangement for my parent's 50th wedding anniversary and was guaranteed that it could be delivered on the day of their anniversary. On their anniversary at 12:05pm, I received an email canceling the order because, apparently they could not fulfill it. Because of the late cancelation, I had to pay a very expensive rush delivery charge to another florist in order to have something delivered on their anniversary. It has now been 4 days and I have yet to receive my refund, though THEY canceled my order. I'm furious and will NEVER USE TELEFLORA again.

I ordered flowers to be delivered for my daughter’s birthday. I received an odd voicemail this morning regarding my order. Since the call back number and order number did not match what was on my confirmation, I called the Telefora 800 number. I was assured by Crystal that the order would definitely be delivered today (1/29/26). By 5:50 the flowers did not arrive and I contacted Teleflora customer service and was told by Reen the order would NOT be delivered today because they were having trouble locating a florist in her area. I know that there are several florists where my daughter lives. This is unbelievable! I told her that I was thinking about canceling but not sure if I wanted to but after she put me on hold and got back on with me she went ahead and canceled the order without my consent. I will never use Teleflora again and I suggest no one else should either.

Mismatch Between Product Received and What Was Advertised

I shared images of what I received compared to what was shown on the website, and they were completely different. The refund I received was minimal and didn’t reflect the amount I spent. I strongly advise spending your money elsewhere. This situation deserves a negative rating, and I have reported it due to what appears to be false advertising.

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service

The customer service was utterly indifferent, and the delivery was equally disappointing. Not only was the wrong floral arrangement and vase delivered, but they also refused to take responsibility and re-deliver. This has been my worst experience so far.

Avoid Ordering from This Company

I recommend steering clear of this service. I attempted to order flowers for a funeral, but when I tried to order an arrangement, it indicated it wasn't available in my area. I chose a different arrangement, which was confirmed via email. However, I later found out my order was cancelled hours after I placed it, just before the viewing. They stated I’d receive a refund in 2 to 10 business days, which I consider misleading. I will be contacting my bank to reverse the charges. Their service is unacceptable.

Not Worth the Price

In summary, I cannot recommend this service for future orders. I arranged for flowers for a funeral three days in advance, specifying the service time. I opted not to pay extra for early delivery, trusting the notice I provided. The flowers arrived during the service and were stored until after. I had to ask the church about them. The arrangement was a poor imitation of what was advertised, and I paid extra for a deluxe version. The only thing that matched the picture was the vase. There were no lilies or purple flowers, just some wilted foliage. I felt embarrassed by the poor quality. While the checkout process was smooth, the selection didn’t matter if I didn’t receive what I ordered, and the tracking was vague.

Absolutely Awful Experience!

I provided evidence of what I received versus what was advertised, and they were nothing alike. I only received a small refund, which didn’t come close to covering what I paid. I suggest looking elsewhere for your purchases. This deserves a negative rating. I've also reported this for what appears to be misleading advertising.

Overall, Excellent Experience

I had a fantastic experience using this service. I placed a same-day order for a floral arrangement to be sent to a local business. I had a variety of options to choose from and included special instructions without any issues during checkout. The arrangement arrived on time, and the recipient was very happy with her surprise gift.
