Terrible first experience! I ordered a plant basket for a funeral on Sunday to be delivered for that Wednesday, I thought it was weird that I didn’t hear from my friends so I want to track it today, Saturday and come to find out after clicking two different buttons my ordered was canceled. Of course I am beyond upset so I called customer service the first supervisor could care less and just sent well I’m sorry completely unacceptable I never got an email to say the order was canceled. No follow up whatsoever when I asked for a different supervisor she said they couldn’t find a florist in the area because they wanted direct payment which I said to her why would you do business with that establishment and I find it hard to believe that no one in the area could send a plant for a funeral. Just terrible terrible experience and follow up and supervisor answers. Will never shop with them again!
