Teleflora offers sympathy flower delivery and other appropriate sympathy gifts that are immediately processed online. I chose the option to have ten trees donated in my loved one’s honor (which is explained in detail to the buyer.) However, they do not inform the immediate family of the deceased that this gift has been sent. They claimed that I would receive a digital certificate which never arrived.i asked to cancel my order and get a refund. They denied my request. What is the point of trying to honor someone I loved very much, if it is not providing comfort to her family? The customer service team failed to reconcile the situation. It makes me question whether these so called trees exist at all. It’s been over a week since the funeral. I will never use this company again.
