AVOID - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
I ordered flowers for my step-daughter, and then 2 days later learned she would be out of the country. Eflorist's website says orders can be cancelled, and only give a "possible" exception for same day or next day, but they refused to cancel. I went back and forth probably 10 times, including asking to escalate and then sending a message to their complaints department, but any message sent goes back to the same people, and they just talk in circles, ignoring my request to escalate and ignoring the the fact their own website permits cancellations. They clearly do not care about customers, and I am beyond shocked and frustrated that they won't respect their own written policies. AVOID!
