Ordered flowers for a sick friend PAID for same day delivery which didn’t happen. This is just not acceptable to take payment for something and not carry out the service required I will NEVER use them again . I also sent 3 emails which I have received no reply the flowers arrived next day and it was like something a child pulled out of a garden just a few wilted looking stems NOTHING like photo. Be warned if your looking for something nice DONT fall their photos if it was possible to rate less than one star I would give it.
What a scam.. avoid this company as a Corona virus...
Order delivered not even close to what was supposed to be . Was on hurry so didn't check the reviews. Company of clowns . The flowers wouldn't cost even 10€ in any super market and they are weeks or more old , for printed stupid card and box of chocolate as they say , 2 sweets in the box , and for the lot 62€ .
Are U kidding people? Serious ??? It's shame to tell someone what I got for 60 € , and flowers wasn't even in water . Company of clowns
Purchased flowers for Valentines supposed to be delivered 13th Feb. No delivery, received the wrong package on the 14th tried to contact no service at weekend advise to use chatbot, no chatbot. Buy local

I ordered flowers for my step-daughter, and then 2 days later learned she would be out of the country. Eflorist's website says orders can be cancelled, and only give a "possible" exception for same day or next day, but they refused to cancel. I went back and forth probably 10 times, including asking to escalate and then sending a message to their complaints department, but any message sent goes back to the same people, and they just talk in circles, ignoring my request to escalate and ignoring the the fact their own website permits cancellations. They clearly do not care about customers, and I am beyond shocked and frustrated that they won't respect their own written policies. AVOID!
I feel I wasted my money on a birthday package that was of low quality and nothing like the images. When I expressed my concerns, the response was unhelpful. The flowers were hardly worth the price, and the card looked cheap. I was very disappointed and wish I had read the reviews beforehand.
I received a lovely bouquet for my birthday from a dear friend, but I was let down when they wilted badly by day four. I had to discard several flowers as they drooped completely. Honestly, flowers from a supermarket last much longer and are more affordable. I feel bad for my friend who spent a good amount on these.
I ordered flowers for a friend whose father had passed away, but after four days, they still haven't arrived. Although it was stated they would arrive two days ago, my friend never received them. It's misleading that it says the flowers come from one location when they are actually shipped from another.
I ordered flowers for my wedding anniversary, specifying the delivery date, but they did not arrive as promised, rendering them useless. When I requested a cancellation and refund, customer service refused. I highly discourage ordering from this service.
