This service is incredibly frustrating. I can't access my personal account at all. My email is marked as invalid, even though all my bills are sent to that address. When I try to log in with my phone number, it's rejected, despite receiving SMS notifications on it. The system requires a secret word I forgot immediately after registration, which is ridiculous. Automatic login fails as well. The customer experience has been a nightmare. I've had constant calls about my contract expiring, only to find out my old one renewed automatically, resulting in double payments for three months. Why pressure customers if contracts renew automatically? Disorganized and extremely frustrating service.
