Telekom has been great for me

The internet service is consistently fast and works well with 4G and 4.5G devices. I really appreciate the feature that allows you to top up your account when it's low, avoiding any complicated direct debit issues. I've read many negative reviews here, but my experience has been excellent! Only this service and another reputable provider have not engaged in misleading practices regarding direct debits.

This service is incredibly frustrating.

This service is incredibly frustrating. I can't access my personal account at all. My email is marked as invalid, even though all my bills are sent to that address. When I try to log in with my phone number, it's rejected, despite receiving SMS notifications on it. The system requires a secret word I forgot immediately after registration, which is ridiculous. Automatic login fails as well. The customer experience has been a nightmare. I've had constant calls about my contract expiring, only to find out my old one renewed automatically, resulting in double payments for three months. Why pressure customers if contracts renew automatically? Disorganized and extremely frustrating service.

Ordered a sim card after a long delay

After three months of struggling with another provider to release my number to this service, I finally received my sim card late. The delivery was not timely, and when I informed them of my new address, they requested proof. It took me two weeks to get an appointment for city registration, and when I finally did, they said they couldn't change my address or send me the sim card. The customer care team asked for a contract I never received. Now I'm unsure if I should risk porting my number to this service or switch to another provider.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service and overall poor service provider. The company is dishonest, and the internet speed is slow. It's overpriced for what they offer, and they constantly push for more expensive contracts, leading one to wonder if they manipulate the connection to prompt upgrades. I advise people to stay away.

Disappointing billing practices

I paid for one month of a service, expecting it to be a one-time payment with no contract. However, I was charged again the following month. After canceling, they took additional funds from my account. This company lacks transparency and seems to take advantage of customer trust. Avoid them at all costs.

The worst company in Germany

The worst company in Germany. I can't even describe my experience with them. The customer service and technicians are ineffective, and the communication has been terrible. I went three months without internet, made over 40 calls, and was still charged for technician visits that didn't resolve the issue. After closing all my contracts, they charged me unexpectedly. If I could, I would give negative stars! I recommend seeking alternatives instead.
