I was due to begin working with Teleperformance on May 1st. April 20th I was made homeless and thus, could not work from home. I relocated the next day, informed Teleperformance, and provided them relevant proof of address in the form of three different bank statements as proof of new address.They then delivered the equipment to the wrong place (previous address), and told me I was liable to replace it. They then said I could no longer work for them due to ‘insurance being null and void’ with me moving. They then reshipped the equipment to my new address, and still expected me to be liable in sending it back! I was ignored for weeks by the onboarding team, and received some very unprofessional and rude responses when I explained the situation to the head of department.Awful conduct.
