Extremely poor service
I had a hotel-only booking with Teletext Holidays and simply asked to amend the duration from 10 days to 7 days. This is a very basic change, yet I was quoted around £1,400 to make this amendment, which is completely unreasonable.
There were no flights involved, so it’s hard to understand how such a small change could result in such a high charge. The process has been frustrating, unclear, and not customer-friendly at all.
It feels like there is no real support when things don’t go exactly as planned, and instead customers are faced with excessive fees.
Very disappointed with the service and would not recommend.
