I have not used Teletext Holidays before but found the experience very easy. On confirming the booking I dealt with Michael who was really helpful and arranged both additional baggage allowance and transport to and from the airport for a very reasonable price. All in all, holiday off to a good start and so fingers crossed the holiday is as good as the booking experience. Thanks to Michael for his help and good wishes!
Excellent customer service from Roy at Teletext holidays. He spent a very long time searching for a good holiday for us and took into account all our many requirements. No request was too much trouble. Very friendly and polite staff in this company and I would call them again for another holiday package.

We paid for a package holiday and the payment was taken quickly through Felloh. Almost straight away, things started to feel wrong. We didn’t receive proper confirmation, and communication was unclear from the very beginning.
We kept trying to get reassurance about our booking, but instead of clear answers, we were left chasing them for basic information. Every time we contacted them, it felt like we got a different response, with no proper explanation about what was actually happening with our holiday.
At one point we were told flights had been cancelled, but this was never clearly explained and no proper alternatives were arranged. The whole situation dragged on with constant confusion, stress, and very little support.
In the end, we did not get the holiday.
What makes it even worse is that we also did not get our money back. It is now the following year and we are still out of pocket. After everything that happened, we were left feeling ignored, dismissed, and completely unsupported.
This experience has been incredibly stressful and upsetting. Booking a holiday should be exciting — not something that leaves you worried for months about lost money and unanswered questions.
For your own peace of mind, please be extremely careful before booking with this company. Make sure you read reviews and understand exactly how your booking and payment are being handled. We trusted them with our holiday and our money, and we ended up with neither.

I reached out to book a holiday package I found online. I was informed that the flight options were complicated and required multiple changes. I was presented with a 'special offer' for a supposedly premium package at a significant discount, claiming it was available due to a last-minute cancellation. As a spa was a crucial requirement for me, I felt fortunate and decided to book a two-night stay. However, I mentioned I wanted to do some research first. The agent pressured me heavily, insisting this was a one-time offer and that he wanted me to remember him for future trips. Eventually, I gave in. Within half an hour, I realized the spa was neither available nor mentioned on the hotel’s website. When I called back, I was told I had accepted the terms and was directed to the online terms and conditions. Upon arrival, the so-called 4-star hotel was at best a poor 3-star. The beds were creaky, the bathroom was peeling with missing tiles, there was no phone, and the elevator was broken. The all-inclusive food was subpar, and water was charged despite the all-inclusive claim. The staff were unfriendly, and there were cockroaches at the breakfast buffet. This has been a truly horrific experience. I plan to leave today to find another hotel or fly home. This two-day trip has been a disaster. The spa was nonexistent, and when I contacted support, I was told to refer to the terms and conditions for a refund, which was not possible. I strongly advise against this service. The agents are skilled at charming customers until payment is made, after which assistance vanishes. I am extremely disappointed and financially impacted. I typically don’t write reviews, but I feel it’s important to warn others—agents may be pleasant but have been dishonest and provided terrible flight options. It’s truly disheartening.
