Had a problem with this for two years now, the app not updating the vehicle position or recent journeys. Reported a number of times and each time the send the unit a config to wake it up that works for a couple of months, then it dies again. Finally asked for it to be replaced only to be told I'm now 2 months out of warranty after the same problem for more than 2 years.What a joke. Don't get one of these the customer support is laughable.UPDATEAfter this review caused them to call me, it seems they blame O2 for working on a mast near me. In that case O2 must be following me around the country working on masts as it just never works.Also they don't understand the product as yesterday they tell me they run 3G and don't support 4G, today they tell me they don't have 3G it's 4G. Useless.
