Lack of customer support from the service

We experience a complete absence of customer service from the company. The only department that functions adequately is their billing team, but they have yet to address the credit we requested multiple times since early December for a vehicle that the manager was not overseeing. Now, in mid-January, we are still uncertain if they will grant us a credit, and the manager for that vehicle remains non-functional. I've lost track of the numerous emails and calls I've made about this issue (and others). Waiting on hold for half an hour is common, and there are never any apologies, just excuses. I am trying to persuade my manager to allow me to handle the vehicle monitoring personally, as it would save us time, stress, and money. I've been on hold for 20 minutes, and no one has answered. I'm tired of waiting. We are planning to switch to a different provider.

This nightmare is ongoing

This nightmare is ongoing! I started months ago trying to get a broken GPS to work. It still does not operate, yet Im still getting billed. I requested to leave 3 months ago and they keep sending me a remittance with no one getting back to me with an acknowledgment. I have emailed, called and nothing. I have even pleaded for some action in the early days of trying to get things sorted. Don't go with them, it's a nightmare!!!Ive dealt with thousands of companies over the 33 years of business and this one gets the top award..... For being the worst!

Poor Communication and Ongoing Unresolved Issues

Our experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. The tracking system has never worked reliably, with vehicles remaining offline and trackers mismatched. Despite raising these issues repeatedly, there’s been little progress and minimal communication.Significant time has been wasted chasing updates and arranging unsuccessful site visits, causing disruption and financial loss. We still have no clear plan or timeline for resolution. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before using this service.

1-Star Review“Terrible experience with Teletrac Navman”This has been the worst company to deal with. Their customer service is extremely poor — they don’t reply to emails, can’t get simple requests sorted, and make the whole process frustrating. I would never recommend Teletrac Navman to anyone. They seriously need to improve their communication and follow-through.

Support is laughable

Had a problem with this for two years now, the app not updating the vehicle position or recent journeys. Reported a number of times and each time the send the unit a config to wake it up that works for a couple of months, then it dies again. Finally asked for it to be replaced only to be told I'm now 2 months out of warranty after the same problem for more than 2 years.What a joke. Don't get one of these the customer support is laughable.UPDATEAfter this review caused them to call me, it seems they blame O2 for working on a mast near me. In that case O2 must be following me around the country working on masts as it just never works.Also they don't understand the product as yesterday they tell me they run 3G and don't support 4G, today they tell me they don't have 3G it's 4G. Useless.

Customer service is always helpful in resolving issues we have, unfortunately we seem to always have issues. We have never had all of our vehicles equipment working at the same time. I always have one or 2 not working it is very time consuming to deal with on a daily basis.

Absolute waste of time and useful…

Absolute waste of time and useful resources tracker was hanging out in my footwell and connections where not taped looked like a cowboy job by a contractor will be removing my fleet from navman and would strongly advise everyone else to check who’s doing the work on your new vehicles

Fees like we have been scammed

Fees like we have been scammed. 7 weeks after contacting them to cancel our service they are still direct debiting our account and no one who can help us close our account will return my calls or emails…. Do not use this company!!
