We experience a complete absence of customer service from the company. The only department that functions adequately is their billing team, but they have yet to address the credit we requested multiple times since early December for a vehicle that the manager was not overseeing. Now, in mid-January, we are still uncertain if they will grant us a credit, and the manager for that vehicle remains non-functional. I've lost track of the numerous emails and calls I've made about this issue (and others). Waiting on hold for half an hour is common, and there are never any apologies, just excuses. I am trying to persuade my manager to allow me to handle the vehicle monitoring personally, as it would save us time, stress, and money. I've been on hold for 20 minutes, and no one has answered. I'm tired of waiting. We are planning to switch to a different provider.
