First got ripped off at the airport with a way too expensive data package. Then I tried to top up in the app but credit card payments don’t work (it doesn’t even come up in my bank app so error is from Telkomsel). Tried to pay through GoPay but keep getting an error here as well. Absolute useless company with a helpdesk who also doesn’t solve the issue.
