I bought an Internet package (data only) of 24gb in The bali Airport Denpasar on arrival .It worked great on day 1. The next day my phone went 'no SIM card'.Went to a local shop who didn't want to help me because I bought @Airport not with them.Then tried to send an email to customer service. Which asked me all kinds of weird questions, not really helping out.Thought telkomsel was the best.
