TellMeGen has been unhelpful in customer service. Purchased two advanced DUO DNA kits and it has been nearly 8 weeks since mailing the DNA to them. They have failed to analyze my samples, and have told me that I must register the second sample but have not given me help with the registration process (I never even received registration paperwork for both of the kits when the Kits first arrived to my address). They also got my name wrong in emails, mistaking me for another customer named "Walid." Terrible product, terrible service, avoid at all costs.
