TellmeGen sent me a second sample collection package after the first one was deemed low quality (they figured that out after nearly 2 months of waiting).
Before receiving the new sample collection package they sent me an email with instructions on how to register the new kit within my already existing account that I had with them. However the new kit could not be registered online as their website does not work correctly or somebody forgot to add the button (register new kit) described in the email. I have the new sample drying out and deteriorating at home waiting for them to reply to emails I sent, I have been waiting over 24h for a reply. Shocked at how bad the service is, considering the price and their ratings.
