I had a nice experience with the ancestry kit, which I also bought for family members, that i decided to do the DNA kit. The results take 6 weeks from when they process the receipt of it, and was 2 weeks to notify me they received it (overall 8 weeks). I emailed them to check status a little more than half way through the waiting period and they said the 23rd was the farthest date and it could be ready before. i contacted them 3x when the date came and went and they said “sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you but it is estimated to be two more weeks” . That is unacceptable service. Please don’t buy if you need it any time soon. You can go to a lab. i won’t buy from here again.
