This is a complete scam. I placed an order and tried to cancel it on the same day, just 30 minutes later, but the representative claimed it had already been dispatched. They refused to provide a tracking number for three weeks, insisting I wait for the package to arrive before I could return it and that I would have to pay for the return postage. Eventually, I discovered the package was marked as delivered while I was home. When I attempted to contact the support team, I was blocked and unable to reach them. I have reported this issue to the appropriate authorities.
