I contacted them immediately to request the change back to one item, but they informed me that the warehouse had dispatched the package with the three items, claiming it was the most popular quantity. I canceled the order, but for over a month, I have dealt with excuses from this seller regarding the return of the unopened package, which arrived weeks late. They expect me to cover the return shipping costs, which I refuse, as the seller made the mistake. Additionally, they charged my account twice—once with my authorization and once without. I am still trying to return the package and get a refund.
